1 kg pork ribs / pork bone
2 large carrots, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Water
Instructions:
Place pork ribs in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
Add carrots, onions, salt, and pepper. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
